The staff here are very professional, very kind and helpful. I recently sent a weekend email asking a question and received a prompt reply - on Sunday! I went there to puck up some medical records and they were very nice, exceptionally helpful, and remarkably quick. Five stars!

Staff is so cooperative and friendly. The check in was fast and hassle free. If someone is suffering from any kind of non emergency stuff they should definitely come here and talk to professionals.

Once you actually get an appointment the staff is friendly and kind, however there is one lady in particular that works the phones early in the morning when you’re trying to set an appointment who is pretty nasty and rude. It’s one thing to communicate you don’t have any availability which is fine. But for this lady in particular she answers the phone as if you’re bothering her and simply doesn’t want to help and has an attitude. I tried to get her name but she wouldn’t give it out. GET HER OFF THE PHONES. i see other reviews saying this same thing so it’s probably the same lady.
